Mission The J. J. The J. J. Keller Foundation’s primary mission is to support programs and organizations that address the causes and consequences of poverty. For maximum impact, the family focuses the vast majority of its funding on their hometown area of Northeastern Wisconsin, specifically the Fox Valley region spanning Oshkosh, Appleton and Green Bay.
