The ITSMF STEM Education Foundation nurtures the pipeline of future generations of technology leaders by providing students with access to technology and exposing them to careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM).

- Includes Carl C. Williams Scholarship and ITSMF Fellows Scholarship
- As of 2023, ITSMF awarded scholarships to students attending 29 schools, including 20 HBCUs
