ITServe Fastest Growing Company Award

Overview: ITServe Alliance recognizes and honors companies that demonstrate exceptional growth and success. The award celebrates outstanding performance and remarkable growth across three revenue-based categories.

Award Categories:

Small: Up to $10 Million in annual revenue

Medium: $10 Million – $20 Million in annual revenue

Large: Over $20 Million in annual revenue

Geographic Scope: United States only (headquarters must be located within the U.S.)

Evaluation Period: Three-year revenue growth (most recent cycle: 2022-2024), verified by certified CPA partner firm. Evaluation based on percentage of sales growth achieved over the three-year period.

Recognition: Winners announced at ITServe Synergy Conference (typically December). Winners may showcase the award for one year until the next awards are announced. ITServe provides award logo for marketing collateral. Winners' details promoted to 2,400+ CxOs.

Eligibility Requirements:

Structure: Must be independent, privately held corporations, proprietorships, or partnerships

Sales History: Complete three-year sales history required, demonstrating growth over evaluation period. Sales in base year (e.g., 2022) must cover full 12-month period

Sales Threshold: Sales in base year must exceed $500,000 and encompass full 12-month period

Acquisition History: Company should not have acquired any other entity in the last two years

Growth Evaluation: Not mandatory to have experienced growth every single year; evaluation considers average growth between first and third years

Bankruptcy Status: Companies operating in bankruptcy at any point during contest period or until winner selection are not eligible

Profitability: Not required; award determined solely by revenue growth. Profitability is not a consideration

Member Status: Open to all active ITServe Alliance members (free application). Non-members may apply with $500 one-time application fee

Company Requirements:

Must be for-profit

Must be based in the U.S.

Must be independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company)

Must have generated revenue by December 31 of evaluation end year

Must be able to provide revenue details to CPA with supporting documentation (Financial statement and P&L sheet)

How to Apply

Application Process

1. Submission: Submit nomination form by deadline (next deadline: November 11, 2027)
2. Application Fee:
- Free for active ITServe Alliance members
- $500 one-time fee for non-members
3. Late Submissions: Not accepted
4. Revenue Verification: After submission, ITServe's certified CPA firm will contact applicants to verify company revenue data for the three-year evaluation period
5. Required Documentation: Applicants must provide financial statements and P&L sheets for each year in evaluation period
6. Ranking: CPA firm ranks companies based on percentage of sales growth achieved during three-year period
7. Winner Notification: Winners notified and recognized at ITServe Synergy Conference in December
