International Cultural Partnerships (ICP) Grants Program

The International Cultural Partnerships (ICP) Grants Program offers funding to professional cultural organizations based in Miami-Dade County. This program promotes artistic exchange and collaborations with international artists and organizations, enhancing Miami-Dade's cultural presence worldwide. Applicants are required to have a consultation prior to applying, with deadlines set for proposals and final applications. Projects should showcase artistic excellence and reciprocal relationships with international partners, fostering meaningful cultural engagement.

NOTE: All applicants are REQUIRED to schedule a pre-grant submission consultation at least one week prior to the application deadline, either in person or by telephone, with the CAP program administrator before access will be granted to the online application.
In addition, if you are a first-time applicant and/or a new staff member who is unfamiliar with the CGO grants system, your consultation appointment must be in person and will require additional time to cover the CGO system basics.
Program Objective
The International Cultural Partnerships (ICP) Grants Program - formerly the International Cultural Exchange (ICE) program - offers grants to Miami-Dade County-based professional cultural organizations to support meaningful artistic exchange, partnerships or collaborations with artists, arts professionals and/or organizations abroad. The program aims to elevate Miami-Dade County’s image abroad and support the efforts of Miami-Dade’s professional artists and cultural organizations to improve their work by engaging in meaningful arts and cultural activities with artists, arts professionals (such as curators, historians, designers) and/or arts organizations abroad.Projects may involve any artistic discipline(s) and may take place in Miami-Dade County and/or abroad. Projects must demonstrate reciprocal relationships with another city, country or region, either as a component of the same project or over a specified period of time. Additionally, projects should demonstrate artistic excellence and originality within the organization’s overall programming goals.
