Program Purpose

I-SPICEE addresses health equity issues affecting Integra's more than 150,000 members throughout Rhode Island. The initiative supports planning, piloting, and evaluation of community-based projects to ensure all Rhode Islanders have a fair and just opportunity to be healthy.

• Population health improvements
• Community engagement around complex health issues
• Named health equity problems affecting served communities
• Solutions implementable in partnership with Integra

Community-based organizations with expertise and experience in health equity

Organizations serving Integra's members in Rhode Island

Organizations focused on addressing health disparities

• Detailed Proposal Submission: Following LOI review
