InspiRAYtion Grants

Background: WPCU partner-employees raise funds each year through employee engagement activities and charitable giving to support selected nonprofit organizations that align with the Sunshine Community Fund's mission and vision.

Geographic Scope: Southwest and Central Ohio communities served by Wright-Patt Credit Union

Focus Areas: Nonprofits that strengthen the financial health and wellbeing of communities, including programs aligned with financial well-being building blocks:

• Learning & Education – Fosters literacy, learning, mentoring, and academic preparation
• Employment & Income – Job training, employable skills, mentoring, entrepreneurship development
• Financial Services – Financial literacy, money management education, savings and credit building
• Food Insecurity – Food security programs for active, healthy lives
• Health & Wellness – Access to health resources, healthy lifestyle education, medical support
• Housing – Affordable housing, homeownership education, home maintenance programs
• Social Integration – Programs helping vulnerable populations integrate socially, reduce language barriers

Eligibility:

• Nonprofit organizations that align with Sunshine Community Fund's mission and vision
• 501(c)(3) status (implied by foundation requirements)
• Organizations serving vulnerable populations and improving financial security within WPCU communities
