• Invitation-only, rigorous grant process

• Outdoor/recreational therapeutic programs

• Scuba diving therapy programs
• Virtual reality exposure therapy
• Peer mentorship programs
• School counseling for military-connected children

• Equipment assistance (Alpha-Stims, Irlen Lenses, exoskeletons, etc.)
• Leadership and athletic camps
• Family reintegration workshops

Since inception in 2011, IHF has issued more than $3 million in grants and provided critical PR, marketing and strategic partnership support to twenty different veteran service organizations. The Foundation has funded 2-year programs with grantees required to provide measurement and reporting on effectiveness and impact.
