Matching Fund Structure

• Contemplative Outreach matches the amount awarded by a local sponsoring chapter or retreat house
• Example: For a $300 scholarship request, the chapter/retreat house provides $150 and Contemplative Outreach provides $150
• Special Circumstances: Will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Eligibility

• Must be nominated/sponsored by a local Contemplative Outreach chapter or retreat house
• Not applied for directly by individuals seeking the scholarship
• Applications submitted prior to event; awards made after attendance is confirmed

Application Process

   • Applications must come from the sponsoring chapter or retreat house (not directly from the individual recipient)
   • Download the In-Person Scholarship Request Form for Chapters
2. Submission:
   • Submit completed form to Contemplative Outreach, Ltd. (not to individual applicants)
