Impact Fund for Cloud County Grant

The Impact Fund for Cloud County is a community grant fund established to address the needs of Cloud County through charitable contributions. It supports diverse projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents. Non-profit organizations, groups, and individuals are encouraged to apply for funding, although for-profit entities are only considered for charitable projects. The Foundation Board evaluates grant applications annually to allocate funds effectively.

From this endowed fund, the Foundation Board annually determines and designates the amount of available funding in the form of community grants.
The applications are open to a variety of issues and target populations. However, successful applications are those that will help fulfill the Foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life for Cloud County.
All non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply as well as groups and individuals working on a charitable community project. For-profit organizations will not be considered unless the request is for a charitable project. Grants will be limited to projects within Cloud County.

Eligibility

The community foundation can make grants to the following entities:501(c)(3) nonprofit organizationsEducationGovernmentReligiousNote: Individuals or organizations that do NOT fall into one of the above entities are encouraged to partner with a fiscal agent in one of those categories.Grants are typically restricted to the geographic areas served by the community foundationIt is not possible to submit the same proposal to multiple grant cycles.

Ineligibility

The following grant requests will NOT be considered:Incomplete, incorrect or late applicationsPolitical projects of any kindOrganizations or projects that practice discrimination of any kindOperating deficits or retirement of debt (if the project has already happened or been paid for, this is considered funding debt).
