Overview: A financial resource established at Centro Hispano to assist individuals statewide facing immigration-related challenges, particularly those who cannot afford immigration-related legal representation.

Eligibility: Individuals facing immigration-related challenges who cannot afford legal representation

  • Emergency wrap-around family support for financial needs (food, clothing, utilities, housing)

  • Flexible funding for vulnerable populations

    Recent Activity: As of end of 2025, $1.6 million disbursed statewide with goal of raising at least $5 million

    Flexibility: Funds can be specifically designated to wraparound support excluding legal services if funder restrictions apply
