Illinois Welcoming Center This Notice of Funding Opportunity has two program Components: Illinois Welcoming Center one-stop shop direct services model Capacity Building, Training and Technical Assistance services Program Overview The Illinois Welcoming Centers Program (IWC) embodies a holistic and inclusive approach, serving as a one-stop-shop model for immigrants, refugees, asylees, humanitarian parolees, and Limited English Proficient (LEP) populations. Embracing Comprehensive Case Management, Community Education, and Community Alliances as its cornerstone pillars, the IWC aims to fortify the human service delivery system for these communities while empowering organizations to elevate their service standards. Program Goals, and Objectives The goals of the Illinois Welcoming Center Program are to strengthen the overall human service delivery system for immigrants, refugees, asylees, humanitarian parolees and LEP populations, and to build the capacity of organizations serving immigrant, asylee and refugee communities.Eligibility
