Purpose

    Eligible Applicants

  • Employment Status: Current internal corporate employees working directly for IG OR contracted consultants placed by IG
  • Service Requirement (for contractors): At least six (6) months of accumulated service
  • All applicants must meet ALL three eligibility requirements:
  • 1. Current employment/contractor status (6+ months for contractors) 2. Enduring a personal financial hardship (unplanned, unforeseen expense beyond applicant's means) 3. Supporting evidence of need with specific costs (e.g., auto repair bill, rent statement)

    What Qualifies as Financial Hardship

    Likely to be Awarded:
  • Restorative relief to return applicant as close as possible to normalcy
  • Auto repair costs from accident
  • Medical expenses directly resulting from unforeseen hardship
  • One-time, unexpected life-altering events

Likely NOT to be Awarded:

  • Ongoing/recurring expenses that are reasonably expected

  • Rent/housing if applicant has chosen to live beyond their means

  • Medical bills from chosen lack of medical insurance coverage

  • Expenses incurred by anyone other than the applicant

  • Loss of employment as sole reason

  • Step 4: Provide Supporting Documentation

  • Include specific evidence of need and costs (e.g., auto repair bill, medical invoice, rent statement)

  • Documentation must clearly show the amount needed and what the funds will be applied to
  • Step 5: Acknowledge Eligibility Criteria
    Confirm understanding that:

  • Financial hardship is defined as unplanned, unforeseen expense beyond your means that is life-changing and alters day-to-day life

  • You understand examples likely to be granted (restorative relief like auto repairs, medical expenses from unforeseen hardship)

  • You understand examples NOT likely to be awarded (ongoing expected expenses, rent from living beyond means, medical bills from chosen lack of coverage, expenses for others)
  • Step 6: Optional Story Sharing Consent
    Indicate willingness to share your story:

  • YES - I'd love to share my story through interview video and print format

  • NO - I prefer that my story not be shared
  • Step 7: Sign Publicity Release (if applicable)
    If you consent to story sharing, sign the Publicity Release Agreement acknowledging:

  • You are 18 years or older with legal capacity to enter agreement

  • IGFF has unrestricted rights to use your name, image, voice, and likeness in any media for promotion and trade

  • IGFF may edit or alter media without restriction

  • You will not receive payment for these rights

  • You waive right to inspect or approve use of media

  • You release IGFF from claims related to use of your media
