IE COVID-19 Resilience Fund

Geographic Scope: Inland Empire, California

Focus Areas:

  • Emergency relief and direct services to communities stressed by the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Organizations offering relief and direct services on the front lines of COVID-19

  • Core operations support and long-term organizational survival
  • Eligible Service Categories:

  • Basic Needs and Emergency Services for low-income people in the Inland Empire (single organizations or coalitions)

  • - Food, shelter, health care, childcare, cash assistance
  • Capacity Building Assistance to nonprofits for financial management and planning

  • - Technical assistance for financial management, planning, restructuring, legal services
    - Remote work and technology adaptation for single organizations or coalitions

    Award Amounts:

  • Basic Needs and/or Emergency Services: Up to $20,000

  • Capacity Building/Technical Assistance: Up to $5,000

  • Remote work and technology adaptation: Up to $10,000
  • Background: Created to support nonprofit organizations providing emergency services such as food, shelter, cash assistance and health care during the global COVID-19 pandemic. The fund was designed to direct grants to organizations on the front lines of COVID-19 response and to aid organizations in continuing operations and supporting their survival through the crisis.
