ICPA Scholarship Program

Geographic Scope: Iowa and surrounding states (students attending Iowa universities)

Program Overview: The ICPA awards academic scholarships to recognize top engineering students and encourage them to consider careers in Iowa's concrete paving industry. Scholarships are presented annually at the ICPA Concrete Paving Workshop & Awards Luncheon.

• University of Northern Iowa
• South Dakota State University

Award Presentation: Scholarships are awarded and presented at the annual ICPA Concrete Paving Workshop Awards Luncheon (typically held in February)
