Program Overview: The Iowa Concrete Paving Association recognizes Iowa's best state and county concrete paving projects annually. This is part of ICPA's tradition of honoring excellence in paving construction. Awards are presented at the ICPA Concrete Paving Workshop Awards Luncheon.
