Arts Organization Support Arts Organization Support grants provide annual operating support for the ongoing artistic and administrative functions of eligible arts organizations that align with IAC funding priorities. The applicant does not request a grant amount. The grant amount is based on available funds, the number of eligible applicants, application score, the organization’s budget size (based upon the total cash revenue from the organization’s most recently completed fiscal year, minus capital), equity funding priorities, and budget size policy (IAC grant awards are no greater than 20% total revenue). AOS Program Priorities: To support arts organizations that:Have the capacity to carry out their workProvide quality arts and educational activities to the publicInclude community input in program development and deliveryDemonstrate commitment to IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and access)Demonstrate service to those that traditionally lack access (low-income, individuals with disabilities, persons of color, etc.)To ensure equitable access to AOS funding by prioritizing awards to organizations:With the least access to other funding opportunities due to geographic location. Historically excluded or marginalized defined as organizations led by and serving communities that include: Black/African American, Latino/a/e, Asian and Asian American, Arab, Native American, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, North African; as well as LQBTQIA+; people with disabilities; and women.Eligibility
