HRMC Scholarship Grant Program

Funder: Amarillo Area Foundation (Harrington Regional Medical Campus)

Geographic Scope: Texas Panhandle region (26 counties)

Program Description: Grants funds on a yearly basis to local institutions for scholarships for area students and professionals pursuing healthcare-related education. Funds are allocated to eligible institutions, which then select scholarship recipients.

Eligible Institutions:

• Amarillo College
• Clarendon College
• Frank Phillips Community College
• Texas Tech University – Amarillo campus
• West Texas A&M University

Scholarship Requirements:

• Recipients must be area students or professionals
• Recipients must demonstrate commitment to locate in the region
• Recipients must contribute to area communities
• Must be pursuing healthcare-related education
