Hero Volunteer Award - The Madison Foundation

Purpose:
Recognize and honor volunteers who give their time and energy to organizations that make Madison a better place. The winner's volunteer charity of choice receives a donation.

Award Amount: $2,500 grant to the nonprofit organization of the volunteer's choice

Geographic Scope: Madison, Connecticut

Eligibility:

• Volunteers in Madison community
• Must be recognized at end of year
• Award goes to their designated local charity

Selection Criteria:

• Recognition of skill, time, and energy making positive impact on community
• Contributions to local organizations
