Herbert C. Kelman Fellowships Herbert C. Funding has been provided by the family of Professor Herbert C. Kelman, a beloved longtime member of the Weatherhead Center, who devoted much of his career to peacebuilding and conflict resolution. These grants will be awarded to strong and qualified applicants of our pre- and mid-dissertation grants.Eligibility
