Student Conference at the United States Military Academy at West Point (SCUSA) SCUSA is an exciting opportunity for Harvard undergraduates interested in learning about topics in US foreign and domestic policy and in international affairs. Students may apply to participate in the annual Student Conference on United States Affairs (SCUSA) at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, along with other undergraduates from all over the United States. The theme of SCUSA 2024 is “’Securing the Blessings of Liberty’: American Foreign Policy in a Multipolar World.” This four-day conference will take place October 2–5, 2024. Over 200 undergraduates from around the country choose a roundtable on a particular issue or area of the world to participate in during the conference and discuss and present the results of their discussion at the end of the conference. For more information on this year's conference, please visit the SCUSA website. Awards and Benefits The Weatherhead Center will nominate one undergraduate to attend SCUSA. The Center will pay the conference fees and cover modest transportation costs to and from West Point.Eligibility
