Robinson Grant The International Literacy Association (ILA) Helen M. Robinson Grant is a US$500 grant established in memory of Helen M. Robinson to support a doctoral student in the early stages of their dissertation research in the area of reading and literacy. Proposals will be evaluated on the following: Research question Rationale for the research Literature review Methodology Research significance Clarity, cohesion, and specificity of proposal Budget and timeline for project The grant will be awarded only in years when the committee concludes there is a high-quality application that meets the rigorous standards outlined above. This grant is funded by a generous donation from Sam Weintraub.
