Helen Fruehling Ford Scholarship

Funder: Noble Public Schools Foundation for Academic Excellence

Geographic Scope: Noble High School, Noble Public Schools, Oklahoma

Purpose: Award students based on need and demonstration of exceptional achievement despite difficult and challenging circumstances.

Award Amount: $5,000 (2025 award amount)

Eligibility & Selection Criteria:

  • Noble High School students

  • Recipients are not necessarily required to have achieved the highest levels of performance by traditional measures of academic, athletic, or extra-curricular performance

  • Exceptional achievement shall be determined with full consideration of the student's capabilities and life circumstances

  • Selection criteria: student need, challenging circumstances, and achievement
  • Nomination Process:

  • Any Noble High School teacher or counselor may nominate a deserving student

  • Nominations submitted via written statement describing the student's need, challenging circumstances, and achievement

  • Nomination deadline: May 1st, 2026
