  • Citizenship: Confirmed by SSA or DHS or overridden by staff in Database
  • Dependency Status: Not rejected
  • SAP Status: Y, A, P, or W
  • Aid Processing Status: Packaging Completed
  • Review Status: Complete
  • Aid Application Status: Not equal to Canceled
  • ISIR Checklist: Complete for Aid Year 2021
  • High School Completion: Recent high school completion checklist not set to be initiated
  • FA Load: H, T, or F with a Term Source of T (enrolled for term; excludes full-time projections)
  • EFC Threshold: EFC less than the value specified in the query prompts
  • Federal Aid Eligibility: Must be eligible for federal financial aid through Title IV of the Higher Education Act
  • US Citizenship: Required
  • Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP): Met before 1/13/20
  • Document Completion: Completed all requested documents due to financial aid before 3/13/20
  • Enrollment: Enrolled for a minimum of 6 hours that were not originally all online for Spring 2020 semester
  • EFC Ceiling: Met the specified Expected Family Contribution (EFC) ceiling for the VCCS Cares Funding model

  • Amount: Grants between $250-$420
  • Recipient Type: Awarded directly to eligible Pell Grant and need-based students who meet the CRRSAA funding guidelines

3. Default Method: If you have not selected any refund option, you will receive a check

1. Complete CRRSAA Request Form: If you didn't receive CRRSAA funds and believe you should have, complete the CRRSAA request form

2. Submit to Financial Aid: Return completed form to Financial Aid office
