Heart of the Arts Studio Residency Program

The Studio Residency program partners with commercial property owners to reposition underutilized space as artist workspace. Selected artists are provided with free studio space for 18 months.

Application Process

Selection: Artists are selected through a competitive application process.

Selection Panel: Applications are reviewed by a selection panel including artists, curators, and community partners.

Award: Selected artists receive free studio space for 18 months from a commercial property owner partner.
