- North Richmond (Head Start and Early Head Start programs)
- Pittsburg (Early Head Start focus)

Existing Centers (in partnership with YWCA of Contra Costa County):

Home-based Services Expansion: Bay Point, Pittsburg, Antioch, Richmond, San Pablo
