Community Health Improvement Grant

Community Health Improvement Grants aim to support the health and well-being of Reno County residents by creating conditions that lead to healthy lifestyles. Through a partnership between Hutchinson Community Foundation, Hutchinson Regional Medical Foundation, and United Way of Reno County, these grants seek to help Reno County communities and partners execute the identified strategies and make progress toward achieving the goals and anticipated outcomes set forth in the 2023 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), based on the most recent Community Health Assessment (CHA).

Our priority is to fund collaboration happening through the Reno County Community Wellness Coalition and its work groups, with the goal of supporting collective action and strategy among community partners.

Funding

Awards are expected to typically range from $1,000 to $10,000 for single or multi-year grants. Awards are decided by a joint selection committee of board members from the three funding partners.
