Overview: A humanitarian assistance fund established to support individuals imprisoned for exercising freedom of expression in the People's Republic of China.
Legal Authority: Designated by Order of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia (Document 232, Case 1:17-cv-00635-RDM, Document 229-5, filed April 30, 2025) to receive settlement funds.
