HBI-PACT Reduced Licensing Fee Program
Purpose: Partnership with the Home Builders Institute to provide curriculum licenses at reduced fees for the Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) Program.
Geographic Scope: Texas (organizations must partner with a Texas home builders association)
Program Description: The Home Builders Institute's Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) Program curriculum teaches students the skills and knowledge needed to be employed in entry-level or semi-skilled positions within residential construction trades. Students who graduate from an HBI-licensed PACT program receive an industry-recognized pre-apprenticeship credential that qualifies them for employment in the construction industry.
