About Us For over 30 years, Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee (CFMT) has been driving meaningful, positive change in our community. H. Franklin Brooks Scholarship Fund This is a renewable scholarship fund for graduating high school seniors from Middle Tennessee, as identified by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Recipients will be self-identified members of the LGBTQ+ community with a preference given to students who’s family has discontinued financial support for their education.
