About Green River Area Community Foundation The Green River Area Community Foundation (GRACF) is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for all citizens in the counties of Daviess, Hancock, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster, Kentucky. GRACF serves the charitable interests of donors who have established charitable funds as part of a permanent, collective, philanthropic resource for the current and future needs of the region. The Green River Area Community Foundation is an affiliate foundation of the Community Foundation of Louisville, a tax-exempt public charity that administers charitable funds created by individuals, businesses and organizations for the betterment of their communities. The Green River Area Community Foundation was organized in 1993 to provide the services of a community foundation to local residents and to begin building a collective charitable endowment for the Green River Area. Green River Area Community Foundation Grant This year, in an effort to help cover local nonprofits’ financial needs beyond our capacity, GRACF also plans to share the needs of our nonprofits with our donors, other philanthropic partners, as well as with local media outlets. By submitting this Needs Survey Form, you are giving GRACF permission to share your responses with potential donors and media outlets.
