Scholarships Grand Haven Area Community Foundation scholarships are awarded competitively based on criteria set by donors. Grand Haven Offshore Challenge Scholarship This scholarship fund was established by Grand Haven Offshore Challenge to recognize a student planning to study natural resources, such as fisheries, wildlife, and environmental water quality at any public or private college or university. Grand Haven Offshore Challenge does yearly fishing tournament fundraisers. One of the original organizers of this, Bill Rodgers, was deeply involved in the preservation of local resources and our community and introduced youth to the fishery in Grand Haven.Eligibility
