Grand County Commissioners Fund The Grand County Donor Advised Fund supports community organizations that enhance the quality of life in Grand County, with a mission that provides or enhances Grand County Citizens' access to basic "primary" needs in the areas of health and humans services and education. Funding will focus primarily on Health and Humans Services with Education as a secondary focus. The Grand County Donor Advised Fund will fund specific projects and programs that have measurable results (evidence of product, change in number of, etc.). Operational funding requests will be considered; however, the Grand County Donor Advised Fund is not in the practice of providing sustaining funds (multiple year commitments) to organizations. The Grand County Donor Advised Fund appreciates and encourages collaborative agency grant requests. The Grand County Donor Advised Fund will not participate in any political campaign on behalf of any issues or candidates.
