Overview
The GIVE Washington County Fund Grants, starting in 2024, will provide a minimum of $2,500 to eligible nonprofit, governmental, or educational institutions serving Washington County. The total of $10,000 will be awarded this year, supporting flexible grant requests, though requests for general operating or routine program support will not be accepted. As the Fund grows, so will the annual grant amounts, enhancing support for local charitable services.
Grants from the Fund, which shall commence in 2024 and be no less than $2,500 per grantee, will be considered by a grants committee comprised of contributors to the Fund. The amount of the annual grants will increase as the value of the Fund grows.
This is a flexible grant opportunity, with no prescribed purpose for the grant requests. However, requests for general operating support or routine program support will not be considered. A total of $10,000 will be awarded this year.
Eligibility
Any exempt nonprofit, governmental, or educational institution providing charitable services in Washington County.
