Overview: GFOAz confers Lifetime Membership status on retired members who have provided distinguished service to local government and made lasting and meaningful contributions to GFOAz and the profession of government finance.

Award Type: Honor/Designation (not a monetary award)

  • Must have provided distinguished service to local government

  • Must have made lasting and meaningful contributions to GFOAz

  • Must have made meaningful contributions to the profession of government finance

    • Recognition:

  • Lifetime membership is conferred at the Winter Conference
