Overview
EMC Health Foundation General Grants Program
Purpose: Support nonprofit organizations to fund direct healthcare services, wellness programs, health research, health education, and public/private partnerships formed to improve the health of residents in the EMCHF community.
Geographic Focus: Stanislaus and Merced counties, specifically 19 designated zip codes (95301, 95316, 95334, 95380, 95303, 95322, 95358, 95381, 95307, 95324, 95360, 95382, 95313, 95326, 95363, 95388, 95315, 95328, 95374)
- Recipient Type: Nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organizations
- Tax Status: Must have 501(c)(3) status under the Internal Revenue Service Code (IRC)
- Programs Funded: Direct healthcare services, wellness programs, health research, health education, and public/private partnerships

- EMCHF provides both funding and technical support
