GCCF: Anthony Dartez Endowment Fund Grant

The GCCF: Anthony Dartez Endowment Fund Grant supports non-profit organizations enhancing the quality of life for South Mississippi citizens. Established in 1995 in memory of Anthony Dartez, it provides funding for training and educational services for the physically and mentally challenged. With a mission to increase philanthropy, the Gulf Coast Community Foundation has distributed over $90 million to various charitable causes since its inception in 1989, benefiting local grassroots organizations.

Background
Established in 1989 as a 501(c)(3), the Community Foundation has distributed over $90 million, providing administrative services to more than 100 funds that help local grass roots organizations achieve their charitable objectives.

The Anthony Dartez Endowment Fund was established in April 1995 in Memory of Mr. Anthony Dartez. The fund is to provide grants for services including, but not limited to the training and educational needs of the physically and mentally challenged.

Eligibility

Non-profit, tax-exempt organizations that are involved in enhancing the quality of life for citizens of South Mississippi.Organizations that have not been recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS may apply if they have a fiscal agent relationship with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizationEducators, as well as public and private schools on the Mississippi Gulf CoastPublic and private schools on the Mississippi Gulf CoastOrganizations located in Harrison, Jackson, Hancock, Pearl River, Stone, and George Counties
