• Black Hawk, Bremer, Butler, or Grundy counties
• Primary focus: Black Hawk County

Eligibility Requirements

• Governmental entity or nonprofit with valid 501(c)3 or 501(c)19 status
• Located in eligible counties
• Must demonstrate shared funding and significant local funding already raised or available
