• Governmental entity or nonprofit with valid 501(c)3 or 501(c)19 status
• Located in eligible counties
• Must demonstrate shared funding and significant local funding already raised or available

• Elementary Playground (Gladbrook-Reinbeck PTO, Reinbeck): $15,000

• Sumner Trail Enhancement (City of Sumner): $50,000
• Low Income Housing Renovation (Exceptional Persons, Inc., Waterloo): $50,000
