Travel Grants The FSBI offers the opportunity for its members to apply on a competitive basis for financial assistance in support of travel to conferences (other than the FSBI annual conference) and associated scientific exchange visits that are consistent with the Society’s objectives. Travel Grant programme The Travel Grant programme has no age limits, but is primarily aimed at early-career scientists studying fish biology or fisheries science. Grants are available on a competitive basis to FSBI members for travel related to the Society's objectives. Grant competitions are open to any member of the Society, regardless of their geographical location, but to be eligible you must be a paid up FSBI member at the time of making a grant application. The primary purpose of Travel Grants is to enable researchers to present their work at scientific meetings, including the FSBI annual symposium.
