    4. Complete FAFSA form (strongly recommended)

    2. Complete the Common Application Questionnaire
    3. Have parent/guardian complete FAFSA form online
    4. Click 'Submit' and review scholarships listed
    5. Complete any supplemental questions and essay prompts for Foundation Scholarship
    6. Submit the application
