Flora Dale Krouse Foundation Grant

The Flora Dale Krouse Foundation Grant supports impactful projects in the Fort Wayne/Allen County area. It prioritizes organizations with a minimum of three years of operation that address community needs, provide measurable outcomes, and demonstrate financial accountability. The foundation seeks initiatives that complement existing services and benefit underserved populations, while avoiding support for general operating costs or for-profit entities. This grant is an opportunity for established nonprofits to enhance their community contributions.

This trust is designated for the Fort Wayne/Allen County area.
Our Committee supports projects and programs that:

• Support year-round programming
• Provide direct services to individuals and reflect the core social mission of the organization
• Address a need in the community for which there is a demonstrated demand
• Have broad impact or benefit underserved populations
• Have measurable outcomes, a plan for documenting results, and long-term sustainability
• Have diversified income streams and demonstrate effective financial accountability
• Involve collaboration with other organizations

Complement rather than duplicate the work of other non-profit organizationsAre submitted from organizations that have 3 years of operation in full service to others. Also, the program or project for which you are applying needs to have at least one (1) complete year with a report showing the measurable impact available prior to applying
