Organizations may apply to both the DeFrees Family Memorial Fund and the Community Foundation's Unrestricted Fund and may receive a grant from each.

Applications must be received two weeks in advance of the quarterly Oversight Committee meeting in order to be considered; mail completed applications to 310 Second Ave, Suite 1, Warren PA 16365. The Oversight Committee meets on Monday, October 19, 2026 and Monday, January 18, 2027.
