Field Trip Scholarship Program - Constitution and Freedom Week

Program Description: Scholarship funding available for school field trips during Constitution and Freedom Week programming (September 15-26, 2025). Scholarships support Title 1 schools and can assist with student admission, transportation, substitute teacher coverage, and class program add-ons.
Programming Available
Two Ballots Program: Students explore voting rights history and how access to information influences decision-making. Includes two-part ballot simulation and guided discussion. Programs tailored for Elementary, Middle, and High School students.- Student Admission - Reduced or free admission for students
- Transportation Reimbursement - Support for school-owned vehicles (buses, vans)
- Substitute Teacher Coverage - Coverage for teachers' other classes while attending
- Class Program Add-ons - Enhancements to the educational experience
Scholarship Categories
Schools can request funding for:- Priority: Title 1 schools
- Public, Private, Charter, Parochial, Homeschool, and Other school types considered
- All school levels (Elementary through High School)
- Maximum student-to-chaperone ratio: 10:1

2. Select Preferred Date
- Choose one date from Week One (September 15-19) OR Week Two (September 22-26)
- Select preferred time of arrival (9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, or 12:00 PM)

- Grade levels attending (required)
- School district (required)
- School name (required)
- School address (required)
4. Provide Group Details
- Total number of students (required)
- Total number of chaperones (required)
- Note: Maximum 10:1 student-to-chaperone ratio; additional chaperones charged $10 adult rate

- Indicate if school is Title 1 school (required)
- Select scholarship funding categories needed:
