- Disaster Type: Must be a natural disaster OR economic crisis defined as circumstances outside of your control that threaten your ability to stay in business
- Site Visit: Approval requires a site visit within 72 hours of application submission
- Documentation: Quotes for repair costs must be gathered and submitted

Farm Crisis Fund Application Process
1. Reach Out for Help - Contact the Executive Director using information provided below
2. Request Inspection - Notify foundation of disaster/crisis damage
3. Site Visit - Foundation conducts onsite inspection within 24-48 hours of the request to tour damage to facility or crop
4. Gather Documentation - Obtain and submit repair quotes
5. Board Review - Foundation submits all materials (inspection report, quotes) to Board for review
6. Receive Funding - If approved, funding is distributed within one week
