Overview:
FSS provides case management and referral services to stabilize individuals and families in crisis. The emergency rental assistance program helps with immediate housing needs.

  • Application Processing: First 50 applications reviewed at the beginning of each month; applications accepted until monthly fund allocation is exhausted

1. Access the Online Portal: Visit the application portal on eobcapsnv.org
2. Application Window: Applications accepted at the beginning of each month
3. Processing Timeline: First 50 applications reviewed for eligibility each month; portal may close once monthly fund allocation is exhausted
4. Check Portal Status: If portal is closed, applications will resume the following month
5. Eligibility Review: All applications reviewed for eligibility and completeness
6. Correction Window: Once accepted, applicants have maximum 48 hours to submit missing documentation or complete application
7. Incomplete Applications: Applications not completed within 48 hours receive denial letter
