Eligibility:

• Requires a team of two (2) individuals
• Team members do NOT have to work in the same agency or organization
• Both must work in the violence against women field
• Only one team per agency can apply
• Co-applicant's agency/department/county must pay for their registration and hotel costs

What is Covered (by CCAW):

• Conference registration for lead applicant only
• Four (4) nights hotel accommodation at conference hotel or nearby hotel (Sunday check-in through Thursday check-out) for lead applicant only

What is NOT Covered:

• Travel
• Co-applicant costs (must be covered by their agency)

Agency/Organization Responsibility:

• Must pay for co-applicant's conference registration
• Must pay for co-applicant's hotel accommodations

Application Requirements:

• Team of two individuals must apply together
• Only one application per agency
• Lead applicant serves as point of contact
• Must provide thorough explanation of funding need beyond standard verbiage
• Personal information from both team members required
• Terms agreement required within application

Application Process

1. Form a team of two (2) individuals who work in the violence against women field
2. Confirm only one team per agency is applying
3. Verify your agency can cover registration and hotel costs for the co-applicant
4. Both team members should sit down together and fill out one application
5. Use an email address you have regular access to for the lead applicant
6. Provide thorough explanation of funding need and budget constraints
7. Submit personal information from both team members
8. Agree to terms within the application
9. Monitor email closely after applying

After Award

• Lead applicant receives confirmation email upon submission
• Lead applicant receives notification email if team is awarded or denied
• Lead applicant receives custom discount code (non-transferable, for lead applicant use only)
• Lead applicant must register using their assigned discount code
• Co-applicant must complete separate registration and pay standard registration fee
• Hotel reservations will be emailed closer to conference date
• CCAW will book hotel accommodations on behalf of lead applicant
• Co-applicant should not make hotel bookings (CCAW handles lead applicant; co-applicant is responsible for their own if using alternate arrangement)
