FACF: Mini-Grants Program

The FACF Mini-Grants Program provides one-time discretionary grants of up to $1,500 for nonprofits to support projects in arts, education, civic improvement, health, and social services. Applications are accepted year-round, with decisions made within 30 days. Eligible organizations must be based in the grant-making area and may request funding for capacity building, including strategic planning and staff support. Note that grants are not available to individuals.

NOTE: There is no deadline to apply for a Mini-Grant. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Grant approvals are recommended by the Grants Committee and approved by the Executive Committee. Decisions are expedited and typically rendered within 30 days.
Mini-Grants are one-time discretionary grants of up to $1,500 made to nonprofits to support projects and initiatives that impact one of the Foundation's five interest areas: arts and culture, education, civic improvement, health and recreation, and social services; or build an organization’s capacity to achieve its mission and sustain itself over time. Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit organization based in the Foundation's grant making area.Request must not exceed $1,500.One Mini-Grant per calendar year (except if the organization is a sponsoring partner in a collaborative project or initiative.

Ineligibility

Mini-grants are not awarded to individuals.
