Face Lift Program

A grant program designed to help property owners throughout the Camp Washington neighborhood pay for cosmetic updates to their properties.

Geographic Scope: Camp Washington neighborhood, Cincinnati, Ohio

Target Audience:

• Residential property owners
• Commercial property owners

Eligible Projects: Cosmetic updates and facade improvements such as:

• Exterior paint
• Storefront restoration
• New windows
• Tuck pointing
• New roofs
• Awnings
• Murals
• Historic storefront restoration
• Exterior lighting
• Security cameras
• Fencing
• Art installations
• Front patios

Funding Model: CWURC facilitates the attainment of funds for these projects and distributes them to interested property owners in the neighborhood when funds are available

Funding Partners: Projects have been funded through:

• 2024 Neighborhood Business District Improvement Program (City of Cincinnati)
• 2024 Camp Washington Golf Outing
• City of Cincinnati Homebase Cincinnati
• Cincinnati Development Fund
• City of Cincinnati Neighborhood Catalytic Improvement Fund
• Camp Washington Business Association

Recent Completed Projects (2021-2024): Multiple commercial and residential properties have received improvements including Hilver's Catering, Flag Studio, Camp Washington Hardware, Welcome Project, North Side Meats, Mom N' Em, Cincinnati Pattern, AirVec Systems, and 2965 Colerain Avenue
