Camp Washington Homeownership Program

A program created in 2023 by Camp Washington Urban Revitalization Corporation (CWURC) to provide homeownership opportunities and resources for potential homeowners.

Geographic Scope: Camp Washington neighborhood, Cincinnati, Ohio

Target Population:

• First-time homeowners
• Low to moderate income households

Program Goals:

• Increase long-term residents in Camp Washington
• Foster community stability and sense of community
• Strengthen the neighborhood's residential growth
• Make homeownership more accessible

Funding Details:

• Award Amount: Up to $20,000 per applicant
• Funding Type: Forgivable loan
• As of October 2023: Program has provided resources to six first-time buyers and households

• 3119 Colerain Avenue (3 bed, 2 bath)
