How to Apply

Application Process

Submission Timeline:

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis year-round until funding is exhausted for the calendar year

Application Requirements:

Include as much information as possible to increase likelihood of project selection
If providing matching funds, include that information on the application
Submit via online application portal

Notification Timeline:

Applicants recommended for funding will be notified within two weeks of application receipt

Grant Terms and Conditions:

Matching Funds: Up to $5,000 in funding available; no matching funds required, but the One South Euclid Grant Review Committee will consider the applicant's ability to provide matching funds when making decisions
Grant Agreement: Business owners enter into a grant agreement with One South Euclid; OSE will pay the contractor upon satisfactory project completion
City Approvals: Project must obtain all City approvals prior to work commencing, including Architectural Review Board (ARB) approval
Inspections: Satisfactory project completion includes necessary building inspections and sign-off from the Building Department before grant funds are paid
Approval Timeline: Approval process must be initiated with the City within 2 months of signing the grant agreement
Project Completion: Project must be completed within 6 months of signing the grant agreement
