How to Apply for Evergreen Program
1. Complete Veteran Application Form:
- Access at cellphonesforsoldiers.com
- Select "Evergreen Program" as preference
- Provide required information
2. Application Review:
- Application reviewed for approval
- Once approved, veteran receives link to complete registration within Evergreen Program system
3. Complete Evergreen System Registration:
- Follow link provided
- Complete registration in Evergreen system
4. Choose Your Service Tier:
- Select appropriate plan ($25, $60, or $120/month)
- Bring your own device or select new device option
- Decide whether to add family member
